VISITOR AND ATTENDANT POLICY

  • Our visiting hours are between 10.00 - 22.00 each day.

  • For the health of our patients, we recommend that there are not more than two visitors at the same time and that the visit duration is limited to 10 minutes.

  • Please do not bring children under the age of 7 as visitors.

  • Take care of the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.

  • Wash your hands before or after the visit, or provide hand disinfection.

  • We ask that no food be brought from outside. Please do not accept food or drink from outside to preserve the health of our patients.

  • Visitors should not be near the patient during visits and medical care.

  • In patients who are taken to isolation, please follow the recommendations of our health care professionals during your visit.

  • If visiting and/or attendant practice is prohibited by our physicians, please pay attention to this.

  • It is determined by the doctor of the patient whether or not the patient needs an attendant.

  • The number of accompanying persons is limited to one. After 22:00, only 1 attendant can accompany our patients in the room.

  • There is no attendant practice in the Intensive Care Unit.

  • Intensive Care visit times are between 10:00-11:00 and 15:00-16:00. However, the decision to visit the patient depends on the general health status of the patient. Visit frequency in the Intensive Care Unit is planned by the health professionals.

  • The attendant should not be near the patient during medical care.

  • The attendant helps the patient in the allowed amount of care.

  • The attendant has to comply with all the rules of the hospital.

  • Be careful not to act in manners such as crying or screaming that will reflect your emotional state beside your patient, as it may be harmful to your patient.

  • Grounded flowers are not accepted because of the risk of infection. The grounded flowers that come in the name of your hospital will be delivered when you are discharged.

  • Do not interfere with the patient-related treatment materials.

  • Do not use mobile phones in areas where medical equipment is used.

  • We strongly recommend that you do not use water heaters, etc. in the patient rooms as it may cause technical problems.

  • Do not speak loudly.

  • Pets are not accepted to our hospital.

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in our hospital.

  • It should not be forgotten that apart from these main rules, each clinic can create its own attendant policy.
